Is Ceramic Coating Worth It in the Arizona Sun?
Understand coating, paint preparation and ongoing care before choosing protection for a vehicle in Sierra Vista.

Choose protection for the finish you have
Sun exposure, dust and regular use make car care an ongoing task. Ceramic coating can be one protection option, but the result depends on the actual product, preparation and maintenance. MAXX uses Adam’s Polishes Graphene Ceramic Coating. Cars start at $350 and trucks at $500, without paint correction. We confirm the exact coating, product rating and care requirements before application.
A coating does not correct paint defects
Swirls, dullness and scratches need assessment separately. Paint correction changes the finish; a coating is applied after the agreed preparation. MAXX’s coating service does not include correction.
Coating or sealant?
Our Wash, Clay & Seal package uses a ceramic paint sealant. It is a different service from ceramic coating. Compare the preparation, maintenance and product-specific protection before choosing.
Care still matters
Follow the coating manufacturer’s curing and wash instructions. Remove contamination with a suitable process, avoid unnecessary abrasion and discuss maintenance with your detailer. Do not assume a coating prevents every scratch, water spot or paint problem.
